Suggested Use

From 1/2 to 1 oz or more, two to five times a day as needed for desired results. Best in split amounts throughout the day. Can be taken on an empty stomach, with juice, with other supplements, or anytime as needed.

Directions

Shake well before use. Pour 1/2 to 1 oz into a small cup or directly into mouth. Can be mixed with juice or water if desired. Start with small amounts if sensitive and gradually build to desired daily usage. Refrigerate after opening.
